Eligibility – Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items – Personal care, beauty, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds – Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges – Subject to product availability.

Damaged or Wrong Items – If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
